I can speak about working in the vocational rehabilitation, adult education and coaching space with clients for over 13+ years, but I prefer to give you an idea of who I am. After working with adult learners, veterans and kids with specials needs. I am a strong believer in the power of the shared experience, preparation, resources and service. As someone that understands how clients feel that have experienced some form of trauma, accident or injury and has felt the same way. From the moment before the accident to the moment of transition, a whole new set of skills, abilities, and force of will is now demanded. There is no perfect answer in no specific set of time because no one is going to rescue you. You will have to rescue yourself. There is only your answer and series of solutions that will help you move towards a new normal and along with it, a new career. Give yourself some grace, empathy, and compassion and together we can create a life plan that can make moving in the right direction an absolute possibility.
